These 4 mil bags qualify as type II under MIL-B-81705B entitled barrier material, flexible and electrostatic free. They will dissipate an induced 5000 volt charge to technical zero within 2.0m seconds when tested in accordance with FTS 101C, method 4046.1. These bags are amine free.
